In my last teaching practice, I was with Miss. Tracey in Mazyed school cycle 1 mixed gender and Miss Winona was my college mentor. They wrote abour my areas that I should focus on them to improve. In this page you can see my improvement areas.
My development area in the sixth my TP
I had managed the time but not in all my lessons, I always spent a long time in the opening stage because I would like to explain the lesson well and gave many examples. I will focus on time management next time.
I had focused on the classroom management much in this semester and I really did well in the last the week. I had used different strategies that help me to manage the students and I liked what I used. I spoke loud and it helped me to manage some students.
I used my school mentor strategy for dealing with special needs students.
I was firm and I shouted at the students and I really don't like to do but that's what My college school asked me to do but it was last week when I had full control. The students were very quiet.
