In my last teaching practice with Mrs. Sylvia in Al Sumow school cycle 1 mixed gender. She wrote about some area that I need to improve and in this page you can see what the areas were and my reflection in this area if I improved in them.

In this semester, I focused in this area ( manage the students) by using different strategies such as positive reinforcement, Sticker, happy face drawing and Jelly, so I could but sometimes I couldn't as my teacher couldn't as well and it's depend to the time of the classes.
I reviewed my lesson at home to give clear instruction and I could. The students understood my instruction before doing their activites.
I am working in it when I have time to do and in this semester I discussion with my teacher and others more than before and it helped me much.
I tried to be firm with them but I could not so far but when I used classroom sterategies they were calm and listened to me.
I had used many classroom management strategies such as positive reinforcement, jelly, Stickers, happy faces and class dogo I could manage but I couldn't in same afternoon classes.
